Prior to joining ZALORA, Heily had stints at companies like MindValley and Proekspert, where she built her foundational understanding of building software products in agile environments, ranging from the telecom industry to personal growth learning platforms.

Heily is also an active speaker, representing ZALORA and sharing her experiences and insights to inspire other women in the e-commerce and tech industries.
