With over a decade and a half of experience in the games industry, Ian Plater heads up the UI/UX department of Creative Arts, an internal agency within PlayStation. His team supports multiple dev teams within PlayStation studios in developing first class AAA interfaces, working on titles such as Dreams, Wipeout, Erica and most recently the critically acclaimed Returnal.
Ian is passionate about ensuring games can be played by everyone and is an advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in his field.
