AI-Powered Behaviour Driven Development: From Discovery to Automation

Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) bridges the gap between business, development, and testing by creating a shared understanding of software behavior through examples. This half-day immersive workshop takes BDD to the next level by introducing AI tools and techniques to speed up scenario creation, improve collaboration, and enhance automation. Participants will learn end-to-end BDD — from capturing requirements as executable specifications to running automated acceptance tests — while exploring how AI can accelerate writing Gherkin scenarios, generating test data, and maintaining living documentation. Through hands-on exercises, participants will write, refine, and execute scenarios in collaborative groups, leveraging AI assistants as “co-pilots” in the BDD process.
