Her passion for talent began early—she was the first Malaysian to serve on AIESEC’s global leadership team, driving international initiatives in youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Today, she continues that mission by helping organizations cultivate adaptable, people-first cultures.
Outside of work, Anisha is an avid traveler (over 60 countries and counting), scuba diver, and plant-based food enthusiast.
