With experience spanning digital banking, design and technology consulting, Sharmaine brings a thoughtful, human-centered lens to UX research. At Maybank, she focuses on shaping digital experiences across Malaysia and Southeast Asia through research initiatives. Prior to this, she’s worked with national and global clients at Accenture, delivering design and tech solutions.
Beyond UX, Sharmaine has been involved in youth leadership and education initiatives through the McKinsey Youth Leadership Academy, APAC4U and eMpowering Youths Across ASEAN programmes. She also serves on the organising committee for Ladies that UX Kuala Lumpur, a community dedicated to knowledge sharing and empowering UX practitioners.
