Jia is a Senior UX Researcher at TNG Digital, where she spearheads research across the Touch 'n Go eWallet platform, shaping end-to-end experiences for both users and merchants. With a background in optometry, she brings a unique perspective and user-centric approach to bridge data and empathy, combining quantitative trends with qualitative insights into actionable strategies that improve everyday digital finance for Malaysians.
Alongside her research practice, Jia is a passionate graduate of the Climatebase Fellowship and currently part of the organising committee for Ladies that UX Kuala Lumpur, helping to create an inclusive community where women in UX can connect, learn and grow.
